A steel lever under your feet, a flashing world, and the sounds of an engine merging with the music from the speakers. Landscapes change like pages in a book, and I am just a passenger in this story. My Harley, my faithful companion, and Peyton Parrish’s song “Poetry Glass” – they became part of my journey.
Under this track the world loses its rush, it stops to let me see all its nuances. The melody is intertwined with the sounds of the wind, and the lyrics take me to a world where every line is a reflection of my own thoughts. This music makes me remember the days when the road was all I needed and my dreams were more than just wishes. The madness of youth, when every turn of the road seemed like a new adventure, and every jerk of a motorcycle seemed like a freedom that could only be felt on the road.
A few words from the text, like the wise advice of an old friend, remind me that no matter where I end up, my thoughts and feelings will always remain with me. “Poetry Glass” is a diary of memories scattered along roads and time. And so I walk through life, accompanied by this music, feeling that time may change, but freedom on the road will always remain my faithful companion.
