Indie Folk from the Shores of Australia: Listen to “Honey” by Little Quirks

Little Quirks are a trio of young Australian women from the Central Coast of New South Wales: sisters Abbey and Mia, along with their cousin Jaymi. Their music is a fresh breath of indie folk, where delicate threads of mandolin, acoustic guitar, and live drums weave together to create something truly magical. These girls feel harmony on an intuitive level – and that natural synchronicity comes to life in their new single, “Honey.”

The track is a collaboration with Johnny Took of the legendary DMA’s, infused with the golden spirit of ’60s summer indie pop, reimagined through a modern lens. “Honey” tells a story of bittersweet emotion – when love still lingers, but everything feels uncertain, like a summer mirage. There’s no definitive ending here – only a flicker of hope and a bright ache. This is indie rock that pulses in your chest.
