“FOAM” – a Bilingual Anthem of Self-Identity from Young Artist Rafaèlla

Rafaèlla, a 27-year-old singer and artist, is entering a new phase of her creative journey, crafting songs about self-discovery and inspiring women to express themselves. For the first time, she incorporates traditional Greek instruments and melodies into her music, adding authenticity to her sound.

Her new bilingual single FOAM” is an alternative pop track dedicated to her homeland, Cyprus. The song blends Greek and English lyrics with modern arrangements intertwined with melodies of the bouzouki – a traditional Greek instrument. Inspired by her mother’s singing by the sea, Rafaella reinterprets the myth of Aphrodite, turning it into a vivid story of self-identity, resilience, and returning to one’s roots. “FOAM” is an airy composition that merges Mediterranean soulfulness with contemporary pop vibes, drawing inspiration from artists like Evangelia and Lana Lubani.
