Coral Moons is an indie-pop band formed on the Boston coast and recently relocated to the forests of upstate New York. When they’re not tending their garden, shooting on vintage cameras, or sipping homemade wine by the fireplace, they’re touring the country and playing at major music festivals. Their new single “Apartment”, created by vocalist Carly Kraft and guitarist Justin Bartlett, combines a simple yet mesmerizing arrangement with a profound meaning – the fear of losing love and respect in a long-term relationship.
Carly explains that the song is about a person not ready to fully commit to a relationship and the anxiety that time is running out. This track reflects the band’s emotional growth while staying true to their signature indie-pop sound.
