“This is my most powerful work to date,” Sarina admits. “‘Fools Gold’ is about the haze and reflections of glamour, about the layers of lies that conceal decay within. Beautiful façades are easy to paint over wounds, to hide them, to flaunt the shine-but inside, the rot, the deceit, and the emptiness are still felt.
