“Do My Thing”: Music of Freedom and Motion from Blookah x Annalisa Fernandez

Blookah, known offstage as Nic Jenkins, is a multi-instrumentalist and producer with roots in Denver and Chicago, who blends styles so seamlessly that his tracks breathe with richness and energy. From future bass and house to neo-soul and funk – it all comes together naturally in his music. His new single “Do My Thing”, in collaboration with Annalisa Fernandez, feels like an open invitation to the dance floor: driving rhythms, a tight groove, and a fresh dance-pop vibe merge into one vibrant flow.

Blookah already carries impressive experience – his music has appeared in TV shows, and he has shared stages with Griz, Gramatik, Snakehips, and Whethan. “Do My Thing,” however, takes things a step further – a track about the freedom of being yourself and finding joy in simply doing your own thing.
