“Naked”: Munan’s New Single Explores Insecurity and Digital Exposure

South Korean-Australian artist Munan presents his new single “Naked” – a vibrant track in the genres of indie and psychedelic rock, featuring musical complexity and playful poeticism. The captivating bass lines and echoes of 90s R&B set a passionate, romantic tone. However, as the track progresses, the sound transforms, unveiling deeper layers: Munan’s lyrics delve into themes of insecurity, self-exposure, and vulnerability, ultimately leading to a sense of “nakedness” in the world of digital media.

“The term ‘naked‘ in this context represents what I want to hide from everyone,” Munan explains. “Naked” was created as a result of Munan experimenting with classic hip-hop drum loops, which he later complemented with a thick bass groove that became the foundation of the song. Following this, guitars and vocal lines weave into the track’s structure, adding emotional depth and completeness. Listen on all platforms.
