A rhythmic yet fluid base, soft synth vibrations, and vocals that sound fresh, with just a spark of daring – it feels like Secret Rendezvous have found the ideal formula for lightness: nothing extra, just energy and vibe.
Brace yourself, because “Say The Word” is pure temptation wrapped in perfect musical packaging. The moment it starts, a wave sweeps over you: bossa-nova-funk in its most luxurious form. The rhythm beckons and sways from the very first beat – so rich and effortlessly groovy that your feet seek the dance floor (or at least the kitchen). It’s that exact slow burn track you want to sip a cocktail to, moving lazily along. A true ode to style, warmth, and playfulness. “Scandalous” aims to be the album’s loudest party anthem. It’s sharp, alive, armed with one of the catchiest choruses. What gives it extra charm? A subtle, secret weave of disco rhythms – seductive and elegant – lending the song a special, irresistible chic. A 100% hit for moving.
Finally, “Cold Shoulder”. Its languid synths and sensual vocals draw you into a whirlwind of melody.
