Years Around The Sun return with a new track, “Those Days Are Gone” – a nostalgic journey back to childhood, a small house, and the atmosphere of the ’80s and ’90s. The duo once again draws on its acoustic roots, this time expanding them with lush arrangements and cinematic soundscapes. Formed in 2004, Years Around The Sun first made a name for themselves in San Diego, with their early demos appearing on the soundtracks of indie surf films and perfectly capturing the laid-back California vibe.
After a hiatus and time spent pursuing solo projects, the musicians are coming together once again. “Those Days Are Gone” opens a new chapter – one that pays tribute to the past, pays close attention to detail, and offers a sound that can resonate with both longtime fans and a new generation of listeners.
