Zeelle Finds Her Sound in Bright Pop-Rock

Zeelle, an alternative pop artist from Edmonton, presents her track “Kiss About It,” which she created from scratch in just one weekend alongside her producers and co-writers. The song was inspired by Reneé Rapp and Olivia Rodrigo. “Kiss About It” brings together shimmering guitars, a funky bassline, and a striking bridge that unexpectedly takes the track in a new musical direction just before the chorus. It was in this pop-rock sound that Zeelle felt she had finally found her style.

Most importantly, “Kiss About It” doesn’t take itself too seriously. It’s a bright, fun, and highly danceable track that makes you want to turn up the volume and simply move along to the beat.
