The Spitting Pips are a group of friends who simply love playing loud, honest rock ’n’ roll. The band has already shared the stage with Buzzcocks, Happy Mondays, Peter Hook & The Light, Inspiral Carpets, Echo & The Bunnymen, and Cast. Highlights include opening for Buzzcocks at Manchester’s Albert Hall and playing festival stages alongside some of the biggest names in the British music scene.

Now The Spitting Pips are introducing “Sidelines” – a song about love that isn’t always mutual. It’s about wanting to be with someone who doesn’t need you nearly as much as you need them, and being willing to risk your sense of security for even the smallest glimmer of hope.
