“Honey & Cinnamon” by Misty Coast is a playful, high-energy track with echoes of the ’60s and soft Eastern inflections. Overdriven guitars, fluid synths, and sharp organ bursts come together in an easygoing, slightly noisy pop sound.
According to the band, the song reflects how easily something beautiful can fall apart-and how we tend to blow it up into full-scale drama. At the same time, it’s about the comfort of having something simple and tangible to hold on to. Director Lasse Røed sees it as a story of closeness and distance: a space somewhere between the city and the forest, between dream and reality. Like a spring day that refuses to end.
