Indie-pop artist Henry Morris unveils “Rather Fight,” a song about a love so powerful that even arguing can feel better than finding happiness with someone else. It’s a story of a complicated relationship that’s hard to walk away from, even when being together isn’t easy.
“This song is about a girl I loved with all my heart,” Henry shares. “I’d rather argue with her than laugh with someone else. It takes a special kind of love to make things work with someone who seems impossible to get along with. I tried to capture that feeling in three minutes of music, even though it’s probably something no one has ever fully managed to put into words. Well, this is my desperate attempt. Forever, xo.”
